“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”
“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”
“We have had many screens from our home and trailor fail us. So we hired Lou's House of Glass. They are professional, kind, and very helpful. We have had several different jobs with them and are always happy. We will continue to use them for all our glass and screen needs.”

“I shop at this Home Depot often. Because I have a bad knee, I often use the mobile shopping carts. On my last visit, all the carts were occupied. While returning to my car, I saw a young cart man in the parking lot and explained my situation. He said he would see if he could find a cart. Shortly afterwards, he came with a mobile cart he found somewhere. This yong man's name is Leo, and he is to be commended for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOLLOW THROUGH. I offered him a tip, but he refused, saying he was only doing his job. He also remarked that if I needed help to load my purchases, the parking lot employees were available to help. Again, great service by employee Leo.”

“Jennifer, who works at the paint center, is an angel! That woman deserves a raise. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A great example for the way costumer service should be. She answered all my questions about what types of paints I could use to paint my grandmother's mobile home wood panel walls, to help me make an informed decision. She also made sure I had the correct paint rollers and other supplies. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next paint project!”
“Hello, my name is Edward and I recently decided to remodel my kitchen. In efforts to control the costs of my project, I decided to purchase all of the materials myself and hire a contractor primarily for installation. I found some really nice cabinets (raised panel white) at contractors warehouse and was very pleased with the quality and price. While working on the kitchen layout and cabinet selection, I worked specifically with Joel Garcia (Sales Desk Associate), who I found extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Joel dedicated a considerable amount time going over the layout, helping with options not listed on the standard price sheet, and even reached out to their supplier to help expedite the order and address questions regarding availability and lead time. Joel Garcia and I went over the layout together to ensure all bases were covered and when I gave the layout to the contractor, the contractor was really impressed with how professional it came out (better than most he's seen). All sizes and dimensions were on point! I was so pleased with the service Joel provided, I felt compelled to write this review. The experience was an overall success, and I highly recommend any do-it-yourselfers, to work with Joel Garcia directly to achieve similar results! Great job by the contractors warehouse staff providing excellent customer service and support!”
“They are great! They refunded my money, when a employee from the paint department mixed the wrong colors of paint that I asked for. When I painted my living room the color was not what I expected. So I took both paint cans back and the manager kindly understood what happened and refunded my money. That was a blessing. I also bought moulding for the living room. It turned out great!”
