Chris was so helpful by listening to my wants, explaining the process, & keeping me updated throughout the installation process. The price I paid was below my budget and their installation contractor was professional and great to work with. if you're interested in kitchen remodeling, just go to Lowe's Chris will take care of you!”

“We purchased a DCS BBQ Grill and Burner. Hayk helped us and was knowledgeable and gave us time to decide. He helped us wrap up the items and carry them to our car. There were a few parts that needed to be fixed so we are hoping the bbq grill works once we receive the replacement parts in the mail.”

“I've been using Air Masters for many years for regular services to my ac. I have always contacted Frank who is absolutely amazing. We needed to enhance our ac for efficiency as our old system was not cooling all the rooms as needed. We decided to install new air ducting with new dampers and to add a zone system. The results have been amazing. We have three thermostats now and can efficiently control our ac. The difference is amazing. The installers were wonderful, polite, careful and efficient. I will continue to use this company. We are enjoying our increased air flow and ac at home.”

Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! “I was in search of a Speed Queen classic washing machine and dryer and couldn't find anything in stock in my local appliance stores. I almost gave up but figured I'd give Azusa Sales a try even though they are like 30 miles away from me. The sales rep Autrey knew exactly what I was looking for. I was able to make the purchase over the phone and they even delivered to my home in Downey the next day as promised free of charge.The delivery guys removed my old units and installed my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. They were very professional and courteous. The sale, delivery and installation were quick and easy.”

“I love this shop, looks small in pictures. But the shop goes on forever. Room after room. Fabric is sorted by color, designer, food, sports. Lots of Riley Blake, Kaffe, Kimberbell. Tons of notions and rulers. Long arm quilting services, lessons and rental long arm. A few sewing machine for sale. One could spend and entire day just looking around. All the employees are super nice and helpful.”

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“My refrigerator is working fine, but the ice maker switch was broken. I've used Apco often enough for various repairs that I know the woman who answers the phone. Actually, this is a mother-son (plus others) business. Dave always tries to isolate the actual component that isn't working - the switch - where Sears or the other big repair services would want to replace the entire icemaker. He's nice and easy-going, while being professional. I'm not a person who makes many recommendations, but I've told a number of friends about Apco. And now I'm telling you. You won't regret using this company for your repairs.”

“Our church was in dire need of a new commercial oven. We called Stratus with an inquiry and were introduced to Chef Dino. Dino is one of THE most knowledgeable and courteous people you'll ever meet. He met us at our Church and went through our options and some important considerations. After meeting with Dino, I was completely sold on going with Stratus. The consideration of buying an imported product went out the window to put it mildly.My wife and I both spoke with Michael and his mother, Carol, the owners of Stratus over the phone and were very very impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Overall, this is a solid family run business that deserves your consideration if you're looking to add to and improve your kitchen. I highly recommend Stratus Equipment to say the least.
