“Shipped internationally to mexico Sonny was amazing! Assisted me from the boxing to the address to making sure my package was on it's correct route ! At some point my box reached its destination and was on hold due to holidays and he was able to look into it and kept me updated until my package was delivered to my loved ones! “The customer service is great. Jinesh was very helpful and the service was quick and efficient. He helped me do my DOJ and FBI Live Scan and answered all of my questions regarding the process. His answers were very informational. When I called ahead to see if they were open, he even gave me directions on how to find the store. I was in and out to do my live scan in about 15 minutes.”

“Been coming here for about two years now and use them for sending packages out, notarizing and holding packages so they don’t get stolen from my doorstep while I’m away. I use them probably 1-2 times a month and have never had a qualm. Parking is kind of tight and can be a pain sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.”

“UPS San Dimas. Is convenient because it's inside, the Albertsons supermarket. It's fast,the staff is friendly. It's local to my home. On the plus side is, when I'm done. I can shop for my household groceries.”
