“I’ve been to quite a few UPS Stores over the years, and I can honestly say the experience at this location is different—and that’s because of Andre.
He’s always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You never feel like you’re just another customer. He takes the time to answer questions, makes the process easy, and always has a great attitude. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.
I’ve been to other UPS Stores where the experience felt rushed and impersonal, but every time I come here, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. Andre sets the tone for the whole place. If you’re looking for great service from someone who truly cares about the people who walk through the door, this is the UPS Store to visit.”

“I’ve dropped off Amazon return packages here several times, and I’ve never had any problems. The line can be long sometimes because it’s a busy location.
I also have a P.O. Box here, and I’ve never had any issues receiving my mail.
My only complaint is about getting your passport renewed. If you need a passport photo, I highly recommend getting it taken somewhere else—preferably at a place that specializes in professional passport photos. 😂 The ugly passport photo they took of me is going to follow me around for the next 10 years! I’m honestly embarrassed to travel with it. LOL.
Other than that, my passport renewal process went very smoothly.”
“Every time I come in I’m always greeted and welcomed. When I have a question, the owner is a blessing to help me. Music is nice and pleasant, thank you for all you do and it’s always clean there. Parking is easy to find. I enjoy Literature and Fliers help the community what’s around to explore / visit.”

“I have been to this UPS store numerous times and have always had a good experience for returning items purchased on the internet.
There usually isn't a long wait and I find the workers to be efficient and friendly.
At another UPS store, which I will not name, the lines are often long and the workers take a long time on one customer. That isn't necessarily the worker's fault, but it's still an inconvenience and happens often.
So, I highly recommend this UPS store.”

“Shipped internationally to mexico Sonny was amazing! Assisted me from the boxing to the address to making sure my package was on it's correct route ! At some point my box reached its destination and was on hold due to holidays and he was able to look into it and kept me updated until my package was delivered to my loved ones! “I’ve been coming to Postal Annex in Azusa for a while, and the service has always been great. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve used them for shipping packages, printing documents, and passport photos, and everything was handled smoothly.
What I like most is that they take the time to explain different shipping options instead of just trying to sell the most expensive one. The store is clean, organized, and usually gets customers in and out quickly. It’s nice to have a local place where you can get so many services done in one stop.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the Azusa area and need shipping, printing, notary, or other business services.”

“Just like everyone else I went to this location to mail a package, left with my receipt and tracking number and thought that was the end of it. Several weeks later I contacted the company to see if they received the product I sent them, they said they did not and they need the tracking number. Since there was approximately two weeks from when I sent the package to when they should've received it I discarded the paperwork. I went to the store to ask if they could help me locate the tracking number. They very easily could have said, "no that information is purged from our system after a week", or "once an item is shipped we do not keep tracking numbers" or whatever excuse they wanted to come up with. But instead, both the lady at the store and her husband went out of their way to locate the tracking number and help me find out that this item was received by the company it was sent to. I was the one that lost the paperwork, but they took it upon themselves to painstakingly go through all of the items that were shipped and were able to locate the tracking number. To me, that is true customer service!”
“This UPS location is unprofessional and doesn't deserve a franchise. My 3 experiences with them have been frustrating and time consuming the new management is clueless rude and embarrassing.
I came pick up my 4 paid packages and Brianna the new manager stated that packages needed to be paid for and I couldn't take them then mentioned she would return the perishable goods back to sender If I didn't pay an additional 20.00 a box times 4 or 80 dolls. In front of line of customers she told me to not touch the boxes and mentioned the owners were out of the country and couldn't be reached to solve the problem.
Then she pulled one box on counter to scan it and found there was no additional charge after all now shes red faced an embarrassed from being wrong and making a big deal in front my self and other guest. I asked for her full name she refused.
This location lacks communication and procedure skills. BTW I hardly ever write a bad review. The UPS address 154 Foothill Blvd Upland Ca. Owner please train your staff on customer service.Im looking for new carrier and location.”
