I had been going to the one off of Riverside Dr. next to the Río Ranch Grocery Store, but soon realized the owner operates unethically and adds fees to services that should be free. *SIM card replacement and activation should be completely free*”
“Zagg has saved the life of my phone too many times! Today, I came in to fix my screen, camera cover and purchase a new phone case. Today, Josie gave my phone full TLC replacing all those items. “I cracked my laptop screen and got it replaced here. They were knowledgeable and nice. They didn’t have the screen i needed in stock but ordered and installed the part for me. The whole process only took a couple days and the new screen looks and works great. I don’t even notice a difference and the touchscreen still works. The whole process was cheaper and faster than sending my laptop to Best Buy which I’ve done better. Plus I picked up a screen protector for my phone while I was there.”
“I brought in my daughter's Apple MACBOOK Pro for repair last Sunday since it turned on and off immediately within a few minutes. Luckily the shop was open and I dropped it off with Steve, the young man who worked there and also answered the phone when I called.I called back an hour later to check if he could fix it. To my surprise, he honestly told me to bring it to the Apple Store since there could be something wrong with its mother board and he could not do it. He did not charge me anything regardless of the time spent to open and try to figure it out. He also took a picture to show me he cleaned up the dust inside the laptop.Anyway, I will definitely come back next time if I need any other tech services since I trust this technician, Steve, for his profession and honesty!”
“I've dealt with this company for many years. Even though the price is not cheap, they provide the best quality and service for your money. Valor is on top of their game in terms of quality. You get what you pay for. If you're looking for cheap cases and cables that will break after a couple weeks looks else where. I will recommend my friends from other cities to also purchase from Valor.”

It's a bummer that the I phone 15 needs a different charger and wall box but they had everything we needed and it was less than Walmart or target too.”

“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”
“Went in so frustrated about my experience about activating my son's replacement phone over the phone with customer care, so I went in and a great rep named Anthony took care of me in less than 10 minutes. He listened to my problems and reassured he could fix them on spot. I walked out a stress free and happy and both phones were activated. Thank you so much !
