Specifically with Steve. Long story short, my older iPhone needed the battery to be changed and Apple recommended me go to Best Buy to service it.
I would have to drop off my phone for 3 days before I had a working phone.
I shopped around and called iFixForU. Steve told me to come on in and he’d fix it in 15 minutes and for $15 less than Best Buy would charge.
I’m coming here for any electronic repairs for now on.”

“the guy is super nice and super detailed with his explanations, patient and helps you every step of the way. the lady running the store was a little rude, i asked her if my phone got thicker and she just laughed me off saying it’s impossible; i called the guy later and he told me it did in fact get thicker due to the part. i have no issue with the replacement part or the fact that it got thicker, i just feel like the lady’s responses towards my questions were slightly condescending and unprecedented?”

“Cricket is a mobile phone company. The Chinese name is cricket, and cricket is a sport. Cricket has many branches. The Cricket branch I often go to is located on the south side of Nogales No. 1015 in Rowland Heights. The service attitude of every staff member is very good and they are very patient. There are many cheap phone plans to choose from. I didn’t know that the monthly mobile phone bill at home is very high. Since I chose this store, every month It has saved a lot of money for my family. Now we have bought a 4-line package for our family of 4. It is cost-effective and cheap, and the data is unlimited. I went to 2 repair shops before them.
1 was out of screens, the 2nd wanted to charge me $100 JUST FOR A SCREEN.
I called up, asked if they had screens for iPhone 11. They confirmed. Went 20 minutes later.
When I walked in they had Joshua 1:4 on the wall. AYEEE. Praise the Lord.
Bought a screen, 2 protectors and a case for just under $50 with a tip.
This is now my go to spot. They are beating the competition by a landslide.

“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

I thought the screen itself might be broken.The sales rep, Crystal, was friendly and helpful. She set me up with a great case and cover and even a discount.
