Ordered new pump that broke 2 weeks ago. UPS has provided no estimate on what day it will arrive. My advice is to buy a mattress that does not have pumps or require computer chips. I Called sleep number but the recording stated callers would be on hold for at least one hour.

Beware when buying a bed from this place. My wife went and bought a bed from this place and they told her she can return it within 100 days. Well from the first week I didn't like it and tried to return it and they said you have to break it in so give it some time. After a month or so I was still not happy with the bed and we finally tried to return it. We called customer service and the lady that we got was extremely rude just talking over us. She was explaining that we signed a contract that stated that we could only return the bed but not the frame. Well they didn't explain that to my wife and never even mentioned it when I went in person to try to return it. And so now we are stuck with a 6k bed we don't like because of their disgusting way of selling. and not fully disclosing that you can only return the mattress but not the frame. We don't recommend this place at all!!!

I want to make it absolutely clear that this review is primarily based on my interaction with their wonderful salesperson, Steve. I decided to get a Sleep Number bed based on a referral from a family member. My husband has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and besides the bed being comfortable, the adjustable features really appealed to me for those long days in bed after chemo. I visited a store in Brea. When I said I was considering purchasing a mattress only, the sales guy immediately turned off and did not assist us any longer. I left that store feeling unheard and looked upon as prey. I stopped at the San Dimas store to give it another shot. Steve was immediately charming and kind. I came right out front and explained my reasons for wanting the bed and the possibility of only getting the mattress since a friend already had an adjustable frame. Steve was so caring and sympathetic. He listened intently and explained the pros of the Sleep Number frame, without coming off as pushy. He was open to me purchasing the mattress only and took me through the options. He understood the financial impact for me and was careful to explain all the levels and price points. As I listened, I became more open to the idea of purchasing a frame to, thinking I might fall in love with the bed and then have to give the frame back to my friend. As I started to consider purchasing the entire set, Steve went through the different level of frames patiently. I explained to him that I wanted to discuss it with my husband and my friend, and he asked that I send him a picture of the frame so he could ensure compatibility. As I left the store I knew I would purchase that bed from Steve and I would feel confident in my purchase. Thank you, Steve, for all you did for me that day. And for everyone wondering...yes, I love my bed!

We purchased $10,000 worth of items. Sales rep said we could return anything we were not happy with. Called Customer Service to return side tables and they said it was not an item that was returnable. We are elderly people and feel that they are taking advantage of us. Sales says one thing, Customer Service says different.

We had a great experience buying our new adjustable king split-top i10 360. We were greeted by Bill, who provided absolutely top-notch customer service. He walked us through the demonstration and explained the differences in various mattress selections and options. This is an investment in your sleep and we came away feeling excited about finally being able to get a better night sleep and waking up with less or no back and neck pain. The Sleep Number i10 360 bed is amazing and blows conventional mattress’s out of the water. We highly recommend seeing Bill at the San Dimas Sleep Number store if your serious about getting a better night sleep.

I ordered a sleep number bed online for the Presidents' Day sale they had going on. When I ordered the bed, the photos all looked like the bed came with a headboard, which after ordering I learned it did not. I showed up to this location to inquire about a head board. After much debate I decided to order one. They had several styles at the store, however I decided on a headboard they did not have available in store with an expected delivery of 2 weeks. The bed arrived 2 days later and after installation, we noticed the headboard would interfere with opening our windows, I tried calling to cancel, but was told no cancellations of the headboard. Really???? I just spent 10K on a bed and you can't cancel the headboard that isn't even shipped yet??? Use the headboard at the store for a display model since you don't even have one available for customers to actually look at. I hope this isn't a sign of future experience with my bed.

Let me start by saying we have not decided on a mattress yet. I saw a post on IG about the Presidents' Day sale and 50% off. Knowing we wanted a mattress I entered a few responses and was contacted within 30 minutes or so by a sales rep via phone and text. A couple days later we made it out to check out the mattresses. Mind you we knew little to nothing about mattresses today and are sleeping on a mattress we bought at Big Lots 10 + years ago. The 3 mattresses we tried were all amazing as they should be for those prices. Paul helped us explore the options and he was nice and informative about what they have to offer and did his best to try to stay within a budget. If money was no object we probably would have walked out buying iLE with the flex top flex fit adjustable base but at $9200 it made us realize we need to do some more shopping. It appears their technology is the only such on the market and until we explore alternatives we will not know any different. I know that the costs of everything have gone up and if 8-9K is standard for a nice or really nice new mattress with some pretty cool features then we will soon find out. Both persons Paul and Nancy were nice and informative. The location was convenient near Costco San Dimas and there was plenty of parking. My guess is they are the luxury of mattresses and not the standard or slightly better than standard so we'll look a little more and decide later this month.

A NIGHTMARE!!!!My friend/colleague of 20 years referred me to get a new bed and to ask for Paul,after talking with Paul he wasn't very informative and was very pushy to get the sale!..We nicknamed him Pushy Paul. They advertise 100 trial moneyback guarantee and free delivery for drop off but you WILL pay 250.00 for the pick up also i felt if i was sleeping on a raft! after buying the I8 I found out my friend and his wife bought one and he felt the same I am 40lbs overweight I had the number on 100 and still wasn't firm enough my friend exchanged her bed after they talked her into trying a different model and now they don't want to giver her her money back..I'm sharing this to prevent other people bieng scammed or taken adv of..I now have the infinity hybrid with the cool gel from sit n sleep ..and it is amazing!

The staff has the sales process down to a science. Nice to see well educated and professional salespeople still thriving in retail. Great job guy and particularly Thomas who not only took care of us but the communication has been fantastic the entire time.

Outstanding experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. No pressure to buy. I went in for info and left with a bed and two pillows. Explained the whole process step by step. I would definitely buy from this store again.

Customer service was excellent. Paul was well informed and wasn’t pushy. Helped me pick the bed and base that was perfect for me. Dude was awesome.
