My parents car broke down today in the middle of a busy street I was to far to get to them, so I called Inexpensive Towing and Mr. Anthony came to help them, he was finishing up with a client, and he came to them with in minutes, because he knew how concerned I was that they were stranded, he was super friendly and he assured me that he was going to take care of my parents and get them home safely. And he did he towed the car and also gave them a ride to the house. Am so glad that I made the choice of calling Inexpensive Towing and that Mr. Anthony came to the rescue ? “I have a repair shop in Escondido Ca < San Diego area > Had a long time client of mine who now lives and works in Covina. He called with a odd noise feeling when braking. Found Jue Motors through AAA as we are AAA a well. Spoke with Jimmy explained what was going on as we had just done some related brake work. He quickly got my client in and found the new replacement drums were slightly out of round. Corrected the issue and a more than fair price. “I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. I had been debating on selling it or fixing it and decided to get some quotes on fixing the damage, not knowing the extent of the hidden damage. I ended up choosing Phantom Collision based on Abel's recommendations and pricing. After Abel started evaluation process, there were several issues that were hidden that needed to be repaired. I asked Abel how that would affect the original quoted price and he said it wouldn't and he would honor the original quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to massage the cars body to perfection. Abel was able to repair the bumper cover versus replace it and only required a few missing parts to be purchased. I would highly recommend Abel and Phantom Collision Repair if you want the job done right.”

“I had such a great experience at AAMCO Upland! I brought my car in for service to get the A/C fixed and an oil change, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive.

“Amazing Quality of Workmanship.Thank you Detroit Auto Body for my beautuful new paint job on my 2006 Suburban. I Love it. Living in Southern California we have mostly all sunny days. My vehicle is 16 years old now & sits out in the sun 24/7.The before picture shows the bad rust I had on top of the roof. We didn't want to buy a New Vehicle so my husband said let me take it over to Detroit & get it fixed right.My husband Terry has been going there for 26 yrs. “This is my second time using Al & Son's Towing. My SUV died on the 10 FWY near the 57 FWY interchange. I had to have my SUV towed and stored at Al & Son's facility since I was catching a flight from the Ontario Airport and had no choice but to deal with my situation until I returned. This time around, I had another FANTASIC PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE getting my SUV towed. As I read some negative reviews about Al & Son's Towing - I want to mention what I witnessed from three people explaining their situations at the service window while waiting in line to pick up my SUV. Situation #1 One man was at the window trying to pick up his car - who was later identified not to be the legal owner and was not authorized to pick up the car. When asked where is the legal owner, he claimed the registered owner was out of the country. He was screaming and making threats. Situation #2 A female who had received a DUI did not obtain the required release paperwork from the CHP. She was extremely rude to the staff cussing at them. Situation #3 A man came to pick up his car but could not since the car was registered in his wife's name. This guy was caught with a prostitute in his wife's car (arrested and car towed). He was told his wife is the only one authorized to pick up the car as the registered owner. He was pleading at the window to let him take the car so his wife would not find out. Al & Son's Towing operates at the request of a CHP call and when you think about it - they are responding as a Service Provider helping the situation. I shook my head listening to these people in their troubled situations - passing the blame on to Al & Son's Towing who only provides a service. Both times, using this company - I have never had anything removed from my Motorhome or my SUV. So, when I read these negative reviews - I don't give these people much credit since their situations are already unfortunate. AL & SON'S TOWING PROVIDES GREAT QUALITY SERVICE !!!”

“Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair.
