It shows with the orderliness of the equipment and supplies, cleanliness of the facility, speed of service, and knowledge of the business from answering questions regarding equipment capability to availability and cost. Also, make sure the folks in charge of hiring staff at this facility know they are doing a good job because not only is it a well run facility, the employees are friendly too! ????”

“Delays at pickup were out of the location owner's hands, but their ability to expedite the remainder of the paperwork for the check-in process while waiting for the arrival of our truck kept us well on-track to keep up with our timeline. The female owner was super helpful with loading our car onto the auto-transport, and answered all of our questions + gave tips for maneuvering the 46ft of truck and trailer that we'd be hauling for hundreds of miles. If we were local, we'd gladly continue to use this location!”
“There must be a background before I tell you my opinion. 1965 Mustang, that was my father‘s in the 60s. I inherited it, my three sons drove it as their high school car and my grandson will now drive it. This car Is very special in our family. It has never been to a shop under my ownership, until now.. I did much research before I took it anywhere. Route 66 auto repair is where I landed and I am extremely satisfied with Frank and his staff. When I picked up the car today, I was reminded of why I made the right decision. The entire garage was full of Muscle cars. So I had to take a picture. I will never take my car anywhere else. Trust is difficult to find, I found it.”

“I needed a truck to move all my things from my beauty studio to another location (Montclair to Upland). I have several big items and I didn’t feel like using my husband’s truck and making multiple trips. U-Haul was the only solution. I booked online just a day prior. (I’m horrible with names)The gentleman called 2 hours before the time I booked just to verify that I was coming in. I believe the same gentleman was at the desk was a he was really helpful. He explained everything really well.
I had never driven a big truck like that before but it was really easy. (I’m 4’11). It was easy to pull in and out of my narrow driveway.
Filling up the gas back was tricky because you have to remember that it’s a big truck and $30 bucks that I usually fill up my car with will barely make a dent on the tank, just an FYI. I was dropping off the truck after hours so dropping it off was easy as well. overall experience was great.”
“Great staffing, good communication with staffing. Their deliver team is awesome as well, delivered the forklift on time, and worked with us whenever i need it for return. Great rate and pricing, it's the best place to rent a forklift in Ontario.”
“Never do business with these guys.. had a PM service package through them and when it came to scheduling an appointment they were “booked” until exactly one day after contract expired. Classic!

“Old style Mom and Pop store packed to the rafters with liquor, candy, purified water station and sundry items. One of the most interesting selections of liquor I've seen; lots of specialty refrigerated shots. Oh yeah, Uhaul supplies and trucks.”
“This location is not the closest to me, but it is the often the one I use. They are very efficient at getting people checked in and the return process is smooth either during business hours or afterwards.

“I enjoy this storage area it feels safe and secure and the inside location is very clean and well maintained it even has a convenient bathroom which is clean and well maintained the staff who I have encountered (Christine) was very friendly and professional. The units are fairly priced and the only downfall is there is no elevator for the upstairs units. Other than. That it's always been a pleasure when accessing my storage and feels safe and secure.”
“Gas prices are very good. Everything needs an update it looks old. But service is good the store is equipped it's nice. My favorite thing is that they take debit cards as cash. So you get the price of gas as if you are paying in cash.”
