Xavier from this Home Depot was very professional and very kind, arranged for my grill to be picked up, got it assembled, and returned it to me. And all of this was done by one phone call, he followed after that. Amazing customer service and support by him. Thank you Xavierβ

To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). Iβm so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.β

βI can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.β
βGood selection of appliances at great prices! Make sure to look all around the thing you're buying and ask alllll the questions bc it's not a crazy long return window. Would recommend! Folks are nice and prices are affordable! Stay Cheerfulβ
βFrom our first contact, right through the install and beyond.... everything was perfect! David was a pleasure to have helping us in the store... he is knowledgeable and informed about all things BBQ and more... and provided clear and appropriate answers to all of our questions. The installers came earlier than planned but called prior to make sure we would be home.... and installed / assembled the BBQ quickly and cleaned up everything. What a great and exceptional experience.... Thank you to David and all the others that made our purchase such a joy! Now for using the BBQ... cant wait!β

βI stumbled on this place after having a not so pleasant experience with another guy. My dryer had not been igniting and needed someone to come and fix it without trying to sell me all the bells. Sean came out the same day to see if I needed a new dryer or if he could fix it. Unfortunately I did need a new dryer and he showed me a few that I could purchase from them. He told me to shop around to see if I could find a better price elsewhere and didn't push me to buy anything from him. The efficiency, honesty, and level of service he provided left me feeling like I was in good hands. The very next day he delivered me a brand new dryer and installed all within the span of probably 40 minutes. If I didn't have an upstairs unit he probably would've been quicker! Overall I cannot recommend appliance world and their staff enough. If anything ever breaks in this house again, I know who I'll be calling.β
βWell I went looking for a Christmas tree and man did they all smell really fresh! My daughter , husband & I went to the 10' Douglas Furs to find one. An Associate by the name of Chad came over and asked if we wanted to see a tree. We chose one and then another and yet another tree. This Associate was so patient. The trees were tall and heavy . He had to take off all the twine and stand them up and shake them to get the fullness of them to open up. I kept apologizing to him because we had a hard time making up our minds. We finally chose one and he took it over to have the bottom branches trimed. He then went on his dinner break. I wanted to give him a big tip but he was no where to be found. Chad was so sweet and knew an awful lot about trees. The guys packing up the tree and putting it on our car were super nice and did the job quickly and made sure no sap got on our car. I tried to give them a tip but they refused. They said it was their job and they enjoyed working for Home Depot. There used to be a Seat with Santa Clays and you can have your picture taken there. It's pretty wonderful.Home Depot is very clean and well organized. Love this store!β
βMy first time putting a grill from them. It will not be my last. The store has a nice range of selection and is all priced where it should be.
The customer service was exceptional. They helped me over the phone with all my annoying questions and then the same level when I finally came into the store.
When I am ready to add a smoker, Iβll be back!β

βMy water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!β

I am a woman and sometimes feel a little self conscious going into a blue collar type business but I was treated with respect and not condescended to. Appreciated. And I fixed my water heater all by myself! I recommend this businessβ
βThe trio of big box stores here are the big draw. With a discount wholesaler, a home improvement store, and electronics store there's a lot to be found here. Several other food options are available here as well. It's quite a busy shopping zone.
The parking lot is basically divided into 3 sections. One for each big box store. The overall parking lot is huge. However, parking around each of these stores is usually quite congested. If you're visiting all three stores, you will probably be reparking several times.β
