“We were driving down from the Bay Area to LA when a tire started leaking due to a puncture from a metal sliver. We got off the freeway and this was the closest tire shop we found. They took the tire off and properly patched the tire and charged us the grand whopping sum of $25. It was a Friday afternoon after 5pm, and we were obviously a family in distress. They could have charged us pretty much any amount and we would have had no choice but to pay it. But instead they were a decent, upstanding, honest business and did not take advantage of our situation.”
