“My experience here could not have been better! My car was sideswiped and had multiple damaged panels. Not only did they match my metallic paint perfectly, and fix every point of impact, but they responded quickly gave me reasonable expectations about repair time and cost, worked with my insurance, and they were professional and kind. And they somehow got some pretty stubborn sap off the roof of my car and gave it back to me looking like I had just gotten it detailed.”
“Ask for Paul, when you call. His shop is busy for a reason. They were able to fix and repairs the finicky power doors. On my 100 ft looker of a honda odysssey. While other shops charged for no results. Passenger was recently resolved on warranty with an adjusted nuetral safety switch. They are great at properly finding the correct issue. Versus other shops doing parts cannon tactics. Recently Came in fearing the worst. Left quickly with clean head lights too. This shop knows my van well. Former battery drain and AC is super cold thanks to J & C import car care. Also to be clear now. I come 680 miles from out of state. Knowing they are great with these finickey power doors. Used to be local. Mechanically the honda van is solid thanks to the crew here at J & C.”

“I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident. They knew right away it was my spare tire put air in it for me. Air pressure icon is gone! They checked all my fluids too. I do recommend!”

Even with a small lot they manage to fit me in and move many vehicles through the shop in a very timely manner. It's clear I'm not the only one in demand of a quality VW mechanic. David is a fantastic communicator and has kept me updated through the process of repair. It's not easy to find a mechanic you trust and feel comfortable coming back to time and time again but United Auto is that place for me! Even upon moving to Culver City I still bring my bus here due to the quality of work and relationships they build with customers. Can't recommend them enough.”

I was in an accident, and my insurance was imposing major cost limitations on how much they'd be willing to cover (spoiler alert: it wasn't much). G&H was able to work within the limitations I had to completely fix the car when so many other dealers were wanting to charge me 5x the price.
