“The assistant manager, Gabriel did an amazing job helping me and my family out. We were traveling from the Bay Area to San Diego and our car broke down, stranded on the side of the road. I wasn’t sure what to do, but when I called O’Reilly’s, Gabriel assured me that he was gonna do his best to help me out and he did exactly that. he went above and beyond to make sure that we were good. Thankfully, we were able to get the car up and running again after getting towed to the O’Reillys and charging the batteries. He’s a really good guy and all the staff at this O’Reillys are great and very kind and very helpful. Thank you, Gabe!!”

“I just had a battery delivered from them and they were absolutely wonderful! .
They were so helpful over the phone, so patient allowed me to complete the transaction over the phone so the driver can come pick it up for me
They were so nice and so professional I have nothing but the kindest words to say about them (Alex was the one who helped me out).
I just had the battery installed so I can’t testify to the quality, but I can say that I kept my lights on by mistake for quite a while and the battery still worked so it seems to hold a very good charge.
I bought a refurbished battery for $40 but even the new ones that are $90 are super fairly priced.

“I can't begin to explain how helpful and informative the team was here at Interstate. I have a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and the dealership messed with my battery and my dashboard lights were going haywire. I called Interstate on the phone first, and they told me they were available to help right away. I showed up shortly afterwards, and they quickly go to work checking my battery, showing me the results, offering me my options, and giving me an estimated time of completion if I wanted to proceed. It was a HOT day, and yet they worked quickly, and were so friendly and making me laugh.. they could tell how stressed I was with the dealship situation. The job was done less than 25 minutes later, they showed me all the dashboard lights were working properly, and I was on my way. For every penny spent it was worth the customer service and reduction of stress alone! I knew if I went back to the dealship it would have ruined my day, and these guys really helped out. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Happy to hear they're moving next door to a larger spot, good for them. :)”

“Not getting into details but on the 22nd of May my day went downhill in an epic way but when I poked my head into the store Robert (last name unknown) was AMAZING as were the rest of that staff that were present at hat time. They were able to help me in a way that is not normal but really helped me get the s***show under control; and, due to the way they held themselves, I would happily drive up to 50 miles to this one store (even if another was next door to me) for a part simply because they were that great.

“In a time when everyone was quarantined it was great to find a place that I could get a battery and have them not gouge me. Normally they would have put it in but because of social distancing they couldn't do it. The guy David in the web page was a great help. “Came here to get some Gas Treatment for a car and also a diagnostic check. Raul was the one who came out to do it. We’ve been experiencing some overheating issues with our vehicle and I explained our situation to him. Raul was patient and very knowledgeable on the topic. He explained our results and potential issues that it could be. He went out of his way to throughly explain everything and make sure we understood correctly. He verified some stuff under the hood for us and pointed us in the right direction for the next steps to take. He’s definitely an asset to the team and we are so happy for all his help.”

“The staff here is so helpful! Every time I've made a phone call, they answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner. They're very helpful in determining if they have a part available, and if they don't, they can order it for you! It will usually arrive the same-day or next-day. They will tell you. The store is kept clean and presentable. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, which is appreciated. Their service is efficient and attentive. I've been coming here consistently for the past month because of my car's maintenance needs. O'Reilly's has come through every single time! I also appreciate that most of the parts I received either have an extended warranty (3 years) or lifetime warranty. That gives me a peace of mind with all of my purchases. I definitely plan on returning to this location - they are so helpful!”
