Greyhound is quite possibly the cheapest way to travel. When you nedc an affordable ticket, this is the place to go. However, they take advantage of the customers who are in need of this by having quite possibly the worst cancelation policy in the travel industry. To get a full refund, you must cancel 30 days in advance. Nobody books these that far in advance, this is typically a person's last resort for travel and booked on short notice. That they will refund you less than 25% of the fare, if canceled a day before the trip in unconscionable. It was also within hour of booking, and alternative means were found. That this company takes advantage of a traveler is what is most repulsive, never using them again.

It was the worst place to move to.It's terrible abd l had to watch my back. It's stupid the way it changes.I had to run 2 blocks to get to my bus. Before it left.I show the teller my ticket.Go up stairs and wait. The dummy didn't tell me there was another bus stop 2 blocks down. The greyhound really disappointed me.The staff.....sucks big time.Just the teller.

Greyhound sj is not located on san Fernando st & is not a actual station. It is located outside in front of the San jose amtrak/caltrain station. Convenient located with tons of public transportation options.

There is no waiting area available for passengers to rest (on weekends, I guess). The doors were closed, the bus was late, the app tracking didn't really work (terrible and convoluted updates), and the phone line didn't provide correct information.

I only used the bathroom. The floor is sinking. The stall doors open both ways. The toilet was questionable. It didn't flush very well.

Dry. That's the only word that come into my mind about this place. Very normal service and you get no more and no less out of this place.

Never buy tickets from this company. Over the past few years, their business has been going badly, there are not enough drivers. They just don't come on schedule, they don't come at all. Feedback on the site is not active and there are many lawsuits against them. 100% you will not leave and the money will not be returned to you.

Old buses rickety scary and hot with poor air circulation. Seats are so worn out they are very uncomfortable for long journeys. Seriously overcrowded. Unhealthy travel environment. Not worth the cost. Greyhound customer service and travel service are low quality almost no quality. Bus didn't wreck. Made it safe. Thank you God.
