“Central Pak & Mail is hands down one of the best mailing/shipping centers in Burbank. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — they always take the time to make sure packages are packed right and sent the best way possible. They offer a variety of services beyond just shipping, which makes it really convenient for errands.
The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are fair, and I’ve always had a smooth, quick experience here. It’s so much easier than dealing with the big post office, and the customer service feels way more personal.

“I wish I had discovered this place years ago! They accept drop offs for all the major couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS! SUPER CONVENIENT.
I will be doing all my shipments at Burbank Shipping Center from here on out so I don’t have to be driving all over the place trying to find the various drop-off locations. There is even a table to pack, with tape, and they’re open every day except Sunday. No lines. And they provide drop-off receipts.

Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. “I went to drop off my DHL package and ship VIA Fedex a couple gifts for my friends. There is no line, my whole process took 10 minutes,and I got a free stamp also, it was some promotion during that month I am happy and now this is my favorite place. P. S. “Maud and Vishal are not only hard workers, they are also AMAZING human beings! They will help you with literally anything you need from a PO Box, a live-scan, or general notary work and more! I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for over 15 years and it's comforting knowing you're handling all of your business needs at a reputable business with people you can trust. Also, I recommended a family member of mine come here a few years ago for something he needed. He was going through a tough time emotionally and they have some small wallet sized cards with inspirational quotes and scriptures on them. He took one and still has it in his wallet. He said it spoke to him that day and he walked out feeling so much better. They really go above and beyond to say the least... Thank you guys!”

“I’d like to commend employee #184085 (sorry I didn't get your name) for her outstanding service during my recent visit to your UPS Store. I’ve been coming to this location for over three years to drop off eBay items I’ve sold, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences—but this recent visit truly stood out.
After two failed attempts at other shipping stores—one of which damaged the packaging of my item—I arrived frustrated and unsure if I’d be able to ship it properly. Employee #184085 immediately took initiative. Despite a line forming behind me, she remained calm and focused, carefully measuring the item and testing two different box sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering the right solution were exceptional.
She never rushed the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before moving on. Her professionalism and dedication turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.

“To the person with the one star rating Justin H. About the Postage being marketed up. I work at another Mailbox Store. Mailbox stores do have to mark up the price for postage. It cost us the same if not more with 3nd party software to buy postage and pay to print it out. Small business mailbox stores have to make money. We cant do that by giving you the postage at cost. Even it cost us even more in fees and time. If you go to the Post Office it will be a longer line you have to wait in.”

“I had a not very good cold this week & I just so happen to have a show next week where I will need to sing that I booked quite a long time in advance. On Wednesday, my voice was SUPER deep & not even close to being 100% back to normal. I was texting a friend of mine about what I was experiencing & she recommended to me this place. I have heard of it & I was like “Wow! A place that sells products that are specific to vocal health! Amazing”
And luckily, my mom & dad usually ride their bikes every Wednesday around the Toluca Lake area (where this place is) I just happened to be there on Wednesday of this week, so they brought home a product my friend strongly recommended (Gargle Away) I tried it. After the first night of me trying it, I didn’t feel a huge difference the morning after trying it for the first time, but once the afternoon rolled around, I could feel my voice getting a lot less deeper & I could feel it coming back, and now it’s almost back to a 100%
I did it again last night (on Thursday), and now it’s Friday & my voice is almost back to a 100% and it’s on the same trajectory of getting back to normal as it was yesterday (on Thursday) after the first night of me trying out Gargle Away (which was two nights ago on Wednesday)
If your a singer and you live in LA, and you have a show coming up & you all of a sudden get hit with a cold virus, no matter how worse it is, and even if it isn’t too bad, and especially it’s REALLY bad (like you completely loose your voice, soar throat, the whole nine yards). Do not walk but RUN to this place ASAP to this place before your show. They will fix you up & get your voice sounding back to normal REALLY quickly. I can promise you that. I cannot recommend this place enough. Plus the people who work there are super nice & helpful & very understanding of different symptoms you may have as a singer when you get hit with a virus & they know EXACTLY what products to recommend for your specific symptoms & they definitely have what you need to get you back on track!
This is one of the reasons why I’m thankful to be in LA. You have little gems like this that just make your life a lot easier as a performer out here.
