“I've used this store for shipping and Amazon returns and I've never had an issue. They're always been friendly, and quickly yet efficiently get what I need taken care of. I also have to give a special shout-out to Yesenia - she's such a sweetheart! I was in a bind since my printer ran out of ink and needed to get a label printed so that my package could go out ASAP, and she went above and beyond getting it all set up for me. All around excellent customer service.”

I've utilized their services twice. First in 2017, when I moved from SoCal to Spain. Throughout the process Izzy and his team's performance was exceptional. He and the team were thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. Legend International Transport handled the transport out of Long Beach to Spain and then coordinated with a local shipping/moving company in Barcelona for delivery. Everything was handled with care, delivered on the date promised, in perfect condition.
Fast forward to 2025, Izzy was the only one I thought of when we decided to return to SoCal. It was extremely comforting to know that Izzy's expertise, knowledge and guidance would be handling my move.

“This place is awesome! They are next door to the optometrist I go to and have been there forever. I had never been inside until today when I needed some help shipping something internationally. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. I saved a ton of money this was one errand I had been putting off doing for several weeks. With her help it was taken care of in just about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again. “BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to Casita Postal on the recommendation of a UPS location when I told them my fingerprints had been rejected twice already. They said this location is really good and they usually send people here if they have problems. I went in today to see if she could help me. Immediately she tested out my prints and looked over the FBI rejection letter. She had no problems and said I should double check with the FBI before submitting a new application. The FBI service does not take resubmissions and I had already tried paper and the post office. I submitted a new application with the company she uses and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. She handled everything perfectly and I had an acceptance letter before I was even home! If you are having problems come here. She's knowledgeable and she's part of the FBI Channeler network. You will need to go through a third party to submit your application but it will be just as quick.”

“A phenomenal service from start to finish. We had packed up all our belongings before the movers came. They carefully wrapped furniture, bicycles, golf clubs and anything else that was not already boxed. Their crew efficiently got everything packed into the truck within 3-4 hours. The guys were polite and very friendly.Their paperwork was very thorough and Alpha Marine had taken care of all port fees and for delivery to our new home in Scotland. Their agents in Scotland were equally efficient, keeping us updated with regards to the container's arrival in Scotland. Customs clearance was completed within 48 hours and all our belongings were duly delivered by a crew equally as polite and friendly as the crew in California.Every single item that was picked up in California was safely delivered and not one single item was broken.All in all a fantastic experience. If you are moving overseas you will be in good hands if you choose Alpha Marine to help you”
