Andronico's Community Markets is a grocery store located at 375 32nd Ave in San Francisco. It aims to be a one-stop-shop, featuring a bakery with custom cakes and cupcakes, a deli offering party trays and fresh sandwiches, and a butcher block with meat, seafood, and sushi. The store also has a produce department with fruits and vegetables, a plant and flower section, and a big coffee and tea selection. Reviews highlight that the deli and bakery are great with really good food, and many customers report a great experience with friendly, professional staff who provide fast service and genuine customer care. The atmosphere feels like a community, with some long-term employees who clearly care. However, the store is noted as being very expensive. Some negatives include a very limited cold drink selection, a not huge produce selection, and items sometimes found expired or very close to their expiration date. Practical issues like a constantly out-of-service elevator and a dirty parking lot are cited as significant inconveniences. Despite these drawbacks, many find it a great choice due to the deals, selection, and courtesy, often receiving a greeting upon entry and departure.
Alexandria’s really nice she helped me with the 4 sandwiches yesterday and was super patient and helpful. I really appreciate her. The hot bar was a bit dry though, kinda disappointing. 🤦♀️
