I can say this is the worst medical insurance. The doctors' offices have assistant's that are rude. Trying to get a doctor that speaks clear English is another big problem.

Terrible Service, Terrible Coverage. Customer Service hung up on me for asking for clarification around 4 months worth of claims that had sporadic coverage for the same exact Physical Therapy Appointments. Send Nick Shirley SOS
