βDealing with insurance companies can often be a frustrating experience. I was recently rear-ended on the highway during traffic, and to make matters worse, the other driver didnβt have a valid license. I was sure the situation was going to be a major headache.
When I called State Farm, Cheryl was exactly what I needed to ease my anxiety. She walked me through how to handle the other driverβs insurance company and clearly explained what my next steps should be. She even encouraged me to call back after a few days so she could help me follow up and offer additional guidance.
Since then, Iβve spoken with her a couple more times, and she has consistently made this entire process much easier. My car is now repaired, and while Iβm still waiting for the other insurance company to get their act together, I truly appreciate the support I received.

βStewart Oaten is the best insurance agent I've ever had. I actually met him at a coffee joint several years ago. Since then, I've put all of my real estate and vehicle insurance with him. I am very happy with the excellent service and pretty good rates. I was tempted to call one of those online insurance brokers in 2017.
