She answered all my questions, explained my discounts, and even told me about the senior driver course discount that I had no idea I could have qualified for starting at age 55. She also printed my insurance declaration and ID cards and even cut the cards out for me. Such a small thing, but it showed how thoughtful she was. I really wish I had gotten her name because she made the whole visit so pleasant and helpful.”
