“This review is really overdue, but after 10 years with Ron/Roger I want to let others know how great they've been. First, as a San Francisco renter since 2009, in multiple properties. Ron and Roger have seen me through various types of coverage, some disasters, and then a marriage and new policy for my husband and I. Most recently, we found ourselves in a new home purchase with a 15 day close and need for a homeowners policy within 48 hours. Roger literally dropped everything to provide us (and our lender) with an incredible coverage policy, simultaneously bundled my husband's auto insurance (at a MUCH better rate), and did so within about 12 hours. So incredibly helpful; always goes above and beyond. Even sent us additional information on life insurance now that we have a little one. Couldn't appreciate them more!”
