Everyone at this State Farm office has been incredibly kind, helpful, and gracious as I have learned to navigate her affairs. I recently ran into a complex situation with a condo policy, and Henry Ha could not have been more kind and helpful. Really excellent service.β

βMy 5-Star review only applies to the store's associate whose name is Carlos. I feel like whenever Im doing business at a check cashing spot, the people behind the glass be hella suspicious, and one time, outright liars and tried to lock me in because I called him by his name. Anywho, thats why whenever I see Carlos working behind the glass, I dont mind waiting till hes free. Its not like hes hooking me up or my transactions go any faster. Naw, I go through the same steps as I would with any other associate, its just Carlos makes me feel like a valued customer because I should since the store's location is in my neighborhood and I go there about maybe once/twice a month, but Ive been making these trips for a few years now and I feel its about time someone felt like that young man deserves to be recognized for his efforts. Damn, Im really getting old since Im actually doing this, but it is refreshing to know that there are people in that line of work that arent quick to judge, but are fast to tell you have a great rest of your day. Keep up the good work, Carlos. Youll go far in life if you do and thats coming from an O.G.β

βStewart Oaten is the best insurance agent I've ever had. I actually met him at a coffee joint several years ago. Since then, I've put all of my real estate and vehicle insurance with him. I am very happy with the excellent service and pretty good rates. I was tempted to call one of those online insurance brokers in 2017. I did and they were actually more expensive than State Farm was!β
βThe services I've received from this office, especially at the hands of Genevieve, have been nothing short of amazing. This was my first time starting an auto insurance policy all on my own and it could not have gone smoother! Genevieve was wonderful to work with, answered any and all questions I had (and there were plenty!), carefully broke down all aspects of the policy I was signing up for, and provided me multiple detailed quotes to tailor the plan toward what I was looking for.
