“My 5-Star review only applies to the store's associate whose name is Carlos. I feel like whenever Im doing business at a check cashing spot, the people behind the glass be hella suspicious, and one time, outright liars and tried to lock me in because I called him by his name. Anywho, thats why whenever I see Carlos working behind the glass, I dont mind waiting till hes free. Its not like hes hooking me up or my transactions go any faster. Naw, I go through the same steps as I would with any other associate, its just Carlos makes me feel like a valued customer because I should since the store's location is in my neighborhood and I go there about maybe once/twice a month, but Ive been making these trips for a few years now and I feel its about time someone felt like that young man deserves to be recognized for his efforts. Damn, Im really getting old since Im actually doing this, but it is refreshing to know that there are people in that line of work that arent quick to judge, but are fast to tell you have a great rest of your day.
