  I have rented from this location hundreds of times and it’s one of the best in the system. Exceptional staff. Spacious, easy to use garage. Consistent 2-3 car class upgrades (needs status). Clean cars. Never had troubles with gas or prior damage disputes. This location is better than owning a car :)

  Nice Avis location. Staff are super friendly. I wish there were more instructions on how to drop off vehicles (e.g., drive into garage) and they allowed after hour drop off.

  Yeah it's amazing how slow this place is. A line gets queued up and you're there for 20+ minutes then when you get to the front you get a closer view into why things are so slow and it still doesn't make sense.
  
  Also would by helpful if I got remotely the type of car I reserved online.
