Went to a hackathon here and the space is great! It is light from all the windows but the sun doesn’t shine in directly, they have nice snack machines (an addition of dark chocolate w/o corn syrup would be great), and the people working here are helpful.

Great building with great events. A bit more on the tech bro side of things, but a lot of tech bros can be quite cool.
Also, if you attend an event during work hours, Rayna at the main entrance desk downstairs is very personable and nice, greets, and is very polite and engaging if you have any questions.

Great meeting spot. Close to public transportation and smaller chance one may trip over a sidewalk sleeper.
