About Banfield Pet Hospital
Banfield Pet Hospital® - Marina is a full-service veterinary clinic dedicated to providing quality and attentive health and wellness care for dogs, cats, and small animals. The staff, including experienced veterinarians, is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive care. They offer routine services such as vaccinations, microchipping, dental care, and surgical procedures. Many clients appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable, and patient team, with some highlighting the professionalism of specific vets. The facility is praised for its caring staff who try to communicate clearly and ensure pet owners understand follow-up procedures.
While most reviews are positive, some mention challenges, such as long wait times and difficulties with phone communication, including unreturned voicemails. A few clients expressed concerns about their experiences with certain procedures, noting that some treatments or extractions were done without prior approval or insufficient communication, leading to distress. There are also reports of customer frustration and rude behavior from clients, which staff handle with patience despite difficult interactions.
Overall, Banfield Marina is recognized for its dedicated team and quality pet care, with some reviews emphasizing the professionalism of veterinarians and staff. However, potential clients should be aware of occasional communication issues and be attentive to treatment details and costs. The clinic continues to accept new patients and aims to provide compassionate, responsible veterinary services for pets and their owners.

These people care for our lovely pets. There is no question... from the attendant to the Vet doctor herself. And it shows.

They have been amazing! I am so happy I am working with them (and so is our pup!). They are forward thinking, responsive and cost effective. The only area I could see for improvement is the facilities are looking a little down at the heel on Lombard Street (but so is everything on Lombard Street!).
