So now that BOTW was bought out by BMO, the customer service that was always kinda middle of the road is now horrible. They're also 100% closed on weekends. The transition was terrible, they locked me out of my accounts several times, nobody knows whats going on. I'm out, leaving for another bank.

Went to this branch to cash out my EBT card but my partner didn't have an account with this bank. They said he needed to open an account in order to cash out his EBT card for a small fee of $1.25. We returned the next week and was told by the manager my partner didn't need to open an account to cash out his EBT card for the small service fee. What a waste of our time Here we wanted to have this transaction done last week but we're told we couldn't do it. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. This is very annoying and frustrating. Not good customer service. The tellers need to be retrained on the policies. The tellers are friendly and courteous, however.

Website said opened til 5:00, was closed at 2:4.5. Inconvenienced us, waste of gas. Had to run to the Clement Street branch. Also Asian teller whispered to his Korean coworker about me taking coffee. Excuse me. I'm a customer! I complained to the head of customer service and shortly thereafter he no longer worked there. With that attitude I can see why he's no longer there. Not professional to bad mouth a customer with ear range. Make sure the customer left first before you disparage someone. Also couldn't access on automation my savings account balance. They need to revamp their computer system.

The teller purposely created a must attend to phone call for the banker so they do not have to help me unless I waited 30 minutes until after the phone call was completed. I am not sure why that was done but this one time first visit left an extremely negative impression

Just went back to this branch and it looks like they've made some changes-much friendlier than the aforementioned incident-back to how it used to be!

People here are amazing and warm. The ambiance is so welcoming. The branch manager and the bankers are always on top of everything. I am completely satisfied with this branch they are almost like my second family.

One of the best branches that I've been to. Everyone here is super friendly and there's barely any wait time. I love that they offer coffee. Bank of the West still has employees that greets you when you enter the door. Other banks will just ignore you. I hope this bank never change. I like to know that I can still come in to make a deposit into my landlord account every month.

Love this branch. They treat you like family. If you don't know them well, they try their best to make you feel comfortable. As far as servicing and banking needs, Jenny, the branch manager or Arceli, the supervisor are awesome! If you have a problem, they try their best to solve it and if they dont know too well on certain servicing, they will go above and beyond to get any issues resolved. As for tellers, Marella has been super awesome too! She knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable. Most of the time, you can go up to her for an issue to resolve but if it's beyond her control, she would recommend sitting with a banker. Unfortunately, this teller is no longer at this branch but is still with BOTW. Aida, the banker has been with the company for awhile and she's super sweet. She of course knows what she's doing. The staff here, in general, at lakeside are extremely helpful. I would recommend this branch.
