Landed in SF for only a few days of riding and had problems with my rear derailleur. Heard good things about Ari and knocked on his door without booking a spot. He managed to fit me in between jobs, quickly identified the problem, and got me a new part. Got the bike back in good order within hours. Highly recommended!

The owner is awesome! Incredibly helpful with my bike. You may need 48 hrs to get a bike turned around, but it’s worth it since he’s so helpful.

Top notch. High end bikes, Ari knows his craft, make an appointment. Just a solo builder, don’t expect same day service to fix a flat, not that kind of shop. Thanks for the fork install and tips!
