First these guys sold me a phenomenal bike at a darn good price with great service. Then they went out of their way to help me.
These folks love bikes and give great service. Wish there were more bike shops like this!

Wow such an amazing experience. Brian and Jeremy couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Fixed my wonky dropper post on the spot while sharing knowledge and being overall super friendly. Best place in the city for mtbs.
We are a 20 year old, established retail bicycle sales / service store in San Francisco, specializing in high end repairs, high end mountain bikes and adventure bikes. We also operate an additional location, "The Lodge", 20 miles North of SF in Marin County, near popular biking trails, selling bike accessories, and serving as a mountain bike rental / demo facility, and a cafe geared towards outdoor enthusiasts, serving food and beverages. The location in Marin opened in 2019 after we bought and renovated the 112 year old historic building.
