Borderlands Books is a fantastic bookstore focused primarily on Science Fiction and Fantasy genres, with Horror and Mystery books as well. It is widely considered the best place to buy books in the Bay Area for these genres. The selection is great and everything on the shelves is in fantastic condition. The staff is beyond knowledgeable, beyond friendly, and very helpful, offering excellent recommendations and great conversation. They are known for their unbelievable care in packing and shipping items promptly for a fair price. The store has a great place and vibe, described as inherently delightful and a must-visit institution. Customers highly, highly recommend it, noting their love for the store knows no bounds.

Awesome shop, great selection, everything on the shelves was in fantastic condition. I filled some holes in my collection, and Jude was extremely helpful and got all my items shipped home promptly and for a super fair shipping price. When I received them, they were packed with unbelievable care. Cannot recommend enough.
