Boudin Museum & Bakery Tour is a typical San Francisco place at Fisherman's Wharf, known for its legit bakery with lots of bread, pastry, and sandwich options. The clam chowder, especially in a fantastic sourdough bread bowl, is exceptional and delicious, though some note it is not the best. The sandwiches, like the French dip and crab sandwich, are pretty good and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The bakery section has yummy and flavorful funny animal breads with a perfect sourdough crust. There is a cute gift shop, and while the museum tour side is now used as "Museum Dining," the bakery process can be viewed. Prices are pretty cheap, making it a good place worth visiting, not a tourist trap.
