They charge a $7 “convenience fee” for the $1.20 toll charge from a road coming into San Francisco. This is just gouging money and makes me want to look for a different rental company. The car was not bad, but the service could definitely be better.

Other than major delays at check in because there was only 1 person working I would definitely rent from Budget again.Our car was a Kia R4 clean and in good shape Pretty good gas mileage. The return was extremely fast. Good value overall!
