Bad asistence . One customer on window and have to wait about 15 minuts to make a payment . Only one atendent in window .

Dear Chase, I find it unacceptable that on a busy morning, such as a Tuesday, there is only one teller available. This causes unnecessary delays and creates a poor customer experience. I kindly request that you review staff allocation to improve service. 9/30/2025 10:00am
