I have been a customer for several years and have not had any problems. Staff is very friendly and my wait time is very short so it depends on day and time you go in there. Some people wait until the last minute to take care of their transactions so the wait time may be a little longer

I was helped by Hector at the Potrero Branch. I believe because he saw my cane he opened his window, the only window with a chair for the customer. I was able to change my Chase Visa pin. Hector was polite and patient. I got $300 in singles, $200 in fives, and more. Thanks Hector. Dave

Chase is ridiculous!! NONE of their ATM machines in the city are available 24 hours- not a single one!
