nice place. came during my lunch hour and the only teller was at lunch. i was asked to wait 25 mins. is that even reasonable? is there a supervisor or manager who can assist? is there a reason to have a physical site if we are pushed to online?

Just.... There is no notary at this location. There is no foreign currency exchange at this location. And I've called about 5 times today and no one has picked up the phone... otherwise the bank gets 2 stars for being super clean and the tellers are super nice!
