Goodam DHL claims it attempted delivery but I was home and the doorbell never rang and no knock on the door. DHL, you need to get out of your truck and walk to the front door and actually attempt delivery. I'm sure this is not the case with all or even most DHL drivers, but not today. DHL really fucked up today.

I went 3 times today and their offices were closed. Even though I wrote the correct address, my parcel did not arrive. I can't get my package inside and it seems like I won't be able to get it for Black Friday talk. But I need to receive my product immediately. The cargo must be delivered to my address urgently.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with DHL delivery and the customer service. I was informed that the package will be arriving today from 11:30 to 13:30. So I waited at home because I don’t want to miss the delivery. Then without any doorbell ring or phone call, just came an email ‘SORRY WE MISSED YOU!’????? What do you mean by e ‘you were not home at the time of our attempted delivery.’ ???? I am home ALL THE TIME and I am not deaf or blind. Are you trying to blame your customer when you don’t want to do your job? The customer service representative is even more ridiculous the only addition he could give me on top of the information online was his arrogant attitude.

I'm having the same experience as the previous customer. I was supposed to receive a package days ago, tracked it through DHL's site, was told it was "out for delivery," only to stay home and await its delivery two days in a row -- only to have the package not arrive. Customer service was absolutely unhelpful and rude. I will never, EVER order something that will be shipped via DHL again.

I was notified that my package would be delivered between 3 and 5 PM today, which was a lie. I made sure I would be home for it, but they tried delivering it about 3 hours early so I wasn't home. Now they want me to either allow them to leave it on the sidewalk tomorrow, where it could easily be stolen, or go pick it up in a very inconvenient location two days from now. This bait and switch operation should be put out of business.

I was expecting a package today watching the little truck on the little app map while it drove all over town except to me. I was sitting near the door and kept looking to see if I could see the truck. Nobody came up the stairs, nobody rang the bell-- nothing. Then I suddenly got a text that said they attempted to deliver, but no one was home! So I quickly jumped on the phone, and was run around and around and around by stupid chat bots as I imagined the driver getting away. I searched and searched for an actual customer service person capable of complex thought and with actual agency, and talked to three unable people in two countries and two states, and the last person said that the package would be rescheduled for tomorrow but nothing else could be done. Peroid. Good bye. And the package wasn't even late yet by that time!A dispatcher should have sent that delivery person back here before they would be allowed to go home.There's a meme that anybody who wants to talk to customer service is a "Karen", but don't they understand that if people are intentionally prevented from getting any help by bots who claim to be customer service but never understand the question, run you in circles, and email limits you to a ridiculously tiny number of characters, and then nobody helps you, that people are going to get angry?

DHL is undoubtedly the most inept shippers I have ever experienced. Every other shipment I expect delivery on by any business, there is a problem on. They consistently either lose, misdirect or delay the item I'm expecting before they hand it off to USPS. The anticipated ship date, once the company I'm doing business with provides is rarely, if ever, met on that date and DHL has yet to provide a reason nor answer to the problem. If you can reach someone by phone, good luck with a result. Moving forward, I am going to avoid doing business with companies that choose to use DHL as a shipper.

Terrible experience. My package was lost. Tracking information was wrong. So glad it was insured. Would NEVER recommend DHL.

I bought a package through some online retailer that used DHL to ship the package. The online tracker said it would arrive Friday so I stayed home to receive the package. Received multiple texts indicating it would arrive that day and then 10 minutes after the last text saying it would arrive soon, it was marked as unable to be delivered. I had received no phone call and no doorbell rang so I called customer service asking why and they said oh there are too many packages so it couldn't be delivered so I'd have to wait until Monday. I responded that I needed my package on Sunday in which they gave me HUGE ATTITUDE saying when YOU picked DHL, we informed you it would take 3-5 business days so we still have multiple days to deliver it. I asked if there were any way I could pick it up today instead in which they continued to give me attitude. I didn't fight it then because I knew there was nothing the customer service agent could do about the package but they were so rude that it ruined the rest of the day and my opinion of DHL and I have to say something.First of all, I didn't pick DHL which I expect is very common so I was not aware of what the expected range of delivery was. The DHL tracking told me Friday for days. Second, I received MULTIPLE texts ON Friday telling me it was arriving that day and when to expect it (none of the times were met as I did not receive the package). Third, even after the online delivery said it could not be delivered, I got no update text saying it wasn't arriving and estimated delivery was still Friday. And fourth, when I call to try to get a solution, customer service gives me attitude. Will never willingly use DHL. Ever.

The WORST possible shipping company, this is the second time I received an attempted delivery message while I was at home waiting for the delivery. The driver and the office do not communicate with each other and really bad customer service when I attempt to pick it up from the office myself. The owner responds to these reviews as if they are going to help but when you reach out to the email they provide they don’t respond at all. Pathetic, I will never use their service again!!!

they suppost to deliver a package today. ill leave wenesday at 9 am and tomorrow is the independesday.......DHL is MORE expensive. dont waist time and money go fedex or ups even the usps is better than they.

Horrible. I had a package coming Friday, and they give you no delivery time, they expect you to wait all day until 9 at night. Package never arrives, have to call customer service to hear it's getting delivered Monday. Okay, I get a text Monday that it's coming. Except it never does. Called customer service again, told to wait once more all day tomorrow, as if I have nothing better to do. Avoid.
