Highly recommend Elegance Preserved. They pick up and drop off your dress for you, so you don't have to do anything :) My dress was super dirty at the bottom when I dropped it off, and was returned like it's brand new! Dress was from Bridal Breeze in SF and is lace with lots of beading.
