“Excellent movers! Walter was amazing, very good at communicating and was super organized and helped a lot and the two supporting movers were excellent too. I have a large one bedroom that was messy and a lot for me to handle and they packed everything, and during the move also had boxes available for me to get rid of stuff, then moved some items to my new place with my partner and then moved the rest to my 10 by 10 storage and it was very smooth. The whole process was a lot for me but they made it easy and smooth. The max estimate was about 8 hours and they finished in 6.5 hours which was great.”

They picked up my belongings at my former home, and dropped my upright piano off at a nearby destination free of charge. In addition, they've always been willing to take additional items to my storage unit on my behalf at no extra cost. They've always been accommodating and professional, and have the best rates in town! And they have great Irish accents to boot.”

“The facility is always clean, management and staff are on top of everything and the place runs efficiently. Wonderful kind friendly people in the front office, handling all issues expediently. The price can go up fast and hard, but that's not under their control, that's industry wide now. If you have to store, this is the place to do it, you won't find a better storage place. For real. Just stay attentive and applied to the task of consolidating and tightening up ship! Don't store it and forget about it, it's a good way to get organized and get yourself in order.”

“Packers and movers were genuinely great. Claims process was pretty cumbersome though. There was a dining table damaged. I had the basic tier of coverage ($1 per pound) and could max get like $50 for it, which was enough for me to cover the repair. But there is no web form for submitting claims. You have to call them with all this paperwork and the office closes at 1:30pm. Ended up giving up, as it wasn't worth my time. Wish they had a more straightforward process for minor claims. Edit: the company reached out and proactively gave me a partial refund for this issue. Really appreciate their care and would book with them again”

When I moved in there was some confusion around the type of locking system they use and it left my property insecure for a bit overnight. Thankfully when Ana started her work day on Labor Day she jumped right on the problem and was super helpful. I would note that the opening hours here -- particularly on weekends -- are not convenient but it's well located and seems pretty secure.”

Also, the call center lied or had no idea about the sizing of the unit I booked. I was told it is 4’x4’ and ceiling height, when I arrived the unit was about 3.5’x3.5’ and 6’ tall. Please educate your call center appropriately so they provide customers with accurate information.”

Extremely friendly, VERY fast, and asked a lot of questions to make sure all my furniture got moved correctly and ended up where I wanted. Even brainstormed a little with me in my new place in how the living room furniture in my new place should be organized and moved it around until it was perfect. Also very understanding when my new building had some delays letting them in/out of the loading zone. A+ service and I'll be calling them again next time I move.”

“Jack Trux is by the far the best receiving/delivery warehouse in the Bay Area. Our ID firm has used several comparable warehouses and none of them come close to the quality of customer service that Jack Trux provides. I'm not sure what took me so long to write this review, perhaps the desire to gate keep them? Patty & Carlos are wizards at their jobs. I have no idea how they manage the volume of emails and calls that come their way every day. They are precise in record keeping and the warehouse guys are the sweetest & most helpful. It always brightens my day seeing those guys! I highly recommend.”
