I called and spoke with Oliver, the manager, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided me step by step through the process of securing a storage space and made everything simple and easy to understand.
When I arrived in person, he was very welcoming and ensured everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
Overall, the experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I would highly recommend this storage space for the outstanding level of service and care provided!!”
“Packers and movers were genuinely great. Claims process was pretty cumbersome though. There was a dining table damaged. I had the basic tier of coverage ($1 per pound) and could max get like $50 for it, which was enough for me to cover the repair.
But there is no web form for submitting claims. You have to call them with all this paperwork and the office closes at 1:30pm. Ended up giving up, as it wasn't worth my time. Wish they had a more straightforward process for minor claims.
Edit: the company reached out and proactively gave me a partial refund for this issue. Really appreciate their care and would book with them again”

20 hours to vacate my home. Movers were scheduled but where to go? I called Extra Storage per a friend’s referral. A REAL PERSON answered the phone!!! Dean was super helpful. Helped me get the best spot at the best price late Friday. The location is clean and well managed. I rested easy while we located our next home”

“Lately the main door is close during business hours or the key pad is not working. Even the exit sometimes is looked, I probably move my stuff to other storage since this make us lose money on our business. The staff is always friendly and helpful only the access is the problems.”

They carefully protected, moved, and stored my belongings, and when it was time, returned everything in excellent condition. Communication was great throughout, and they were always on time or early.

“Jack Trux is by the far the best receiving/delivery warehouse in the Bay Area. Our ID firm has used several comparable warehouses and none of them come close to the quality of customer service that Jack Trux provides. I'm not sure what took me so long to write this review, perhaps the desire to gate keep them? Patty & Carlos are wizards at their jobs. I have no idea how they manage the volume of emails and calls that come their way every day. They are precise in record keeping and the warehouse guys are the sweetest & most helpful. It always brightens my day seeing those guys! I highly recommend.”

They picked up my belongings at my former home, and dropped my upright piano off at a nearby destination free of charge. In addition, they've always been willing to take additional items to my storage unit on my behalf at no extra cost. They've always been accommodating and professional, and have the best rates in town! And they have great Irish accents to boot.”
