20 hours to vacate my home. Movers were scheduled but where to go? I called Extra Storage per a friend’s referral. A REAL PERSON answered the phone!!! Dean was super helpful. “I've used In & Out Movers for other moves within the city and they've always been incredible - This move was no different! They are efficient, careful with everything and very reasonably priced. They even helped me with donating some items I couldn't move myself but didn't want to take with me to the new place. I really appreciate that they disassemble and assemble larger furniture pieces.”

“Manager and other employees are great. But, the hours of the facility were not ideal for me. And sometimes the single freight elevator would be out of order. It wasn't a big deal as one can just take the stairs, but all in all four stars seems right.”

“Jack Trux is by the far the best receiving/delivery warehouse in the Bay Area. Our ID firm has used several comparable warehouses and none of them come close to the quality of customer service that Jack Trux provides. I'm not sure what took me so long to write this review, perhaps the desire to gate keep them? Patty & Carlos are wizards at their jobs. I have no idea how they manage the volume of emails and calls that come their way every day. They are precise in record keeping and the warehouse guys are the sweetest & most helpful. It always brightens my day seeing those guys! I highly recommend.”
“Makes me feel like my storage unit is save at night there is always a security guard on sight doing patrols and letting everybody know that they are present ready for any conflicts that come there way. Thanks been a customer for 3 1/2 years and never have I had any incidents with my unit and property.”

They helped us move from Oakland Hills to SF. Was NOT fully packed by the time they arrived - still had to move some clothes into a wardrobe box (which they provided), had to wrap my standing desk/console table with a heavy stone slab/huge tv.
They helped a TON - wrapped all items carefully in blankets and moved my hanging clothes into the wardrobe box. Then, our place in SF was up 3 flights up stairs and they did not complain at all and were so careful bringing everything up. Could not recommend them more.”

His team can up to Sacramento to load all our stuff and put it in storage until we found a place in SF. Then when we found the spot, we had almost all of the same team unloading everything and they were super professional and friendly.
