Rewind back to my experience with the One medical front desk staff in Hayes Valley yesterday, it was like night & day! The staff at the Hayes valley location try to dissuade you from coming in for any lab work or flu shot! Bobby on the other hand was polite, helpful & looks like he genuinely cared. Signing up for making this location my preferred location for the entire family!”

“Dr G is an extremely caring and thorough Dr who does not rush you through and listen to what you feel your needs are. Current staff does need some improvement on answering the telephone and keeping patients up-to-date on question’s that are asked ins. Timely manner. It would also be great if the front desk could start answering the telephone again.”
