I do think they need better signage on the exit door — you have to push a button on the wall- not the door. The signs they have … could be …. More attention grabbing in some way ?… based on how the receptionist had to say “button on the wall” makes me think I’m not the only one who missed it !”
“Niharika Mehrotra, DO has been my 8 and 9 year old sons' pediatrician for about the last year or so and we could not be more pleased. Fortunately we haven't had any major incidents or health issues that required much of her attention. But from the interactions we've had with her, she has been thorough, detail oriented, warm/kind/friendly/caring -- all the things we want from our children's care provider. The Presidio Heights location is central and convenient and of course since it's One Medical, the space is bright and clean and comfortable!”

“Dr G is an extremely caring and thorough Dr who does not rush you through and listen to what you feel your needs are. Current staff does need some improvement on answering the telephone and keeping patients up-to-date on question’s that are asked ins. Timely manner. It would also be great if the front desk could start answering the telephone again.”
