“My PCP went out of business and one of the recommendations was Dr. Bredeek. I got an appointment right away, his office staff Lavina and Bob are friendly, cheerful and after a year the longest I have had to wait is no more than 2 minutes. Rudy is also a very nice, polite staff member. I sign in and immediately am shown to an exam room for BP/Weight/Temp and then about 5-10 min wait for Dr. Bredeek himself. He is always upbeat and interested. He's a PhD and extremely versed in his practice. Suffice to say, I feel fortunate to have found him, he is totally dedicated to my well being and good health.”

A huge thank you to Dr. Zhang, Dr. Adam, and Dr. Woodson for their incredible care, and to Dr. Lim for her wonderful anesthesia skills and perfectly timed jokes beforehand.
And last but absolutely not least, Farah, the best RN I have ever met. She went above and beyond to help me get up and moving, manage my pain and breathing, and explain everything with such calm expertise and kindness. I am so grateful to have been in her care. Any future patient will be incredibly lucky to have her as their RN. She truly is the best.”

“Super convenient lab location in Laurel Heights. The staff was professional and efficient — I was in and out quickly with minimal wait time. The 4th floor is easy to find right off the elevator, and parking in the garage beneath the building made everything hassle-free. Everyone was friendly and made the blood draw process as smooth as possible. Appreciated the Saturday hours too, which is rare for labs. Definitely recommend if you need lab work done in the area!”

“This facility always gets very busy because it is right next to a hospital, and it is a very small facility, so you might expect to wait for 15 to 30 minutes, even after your appointment time.
That said, the staff here, Emily, is extremely friendly and patient.”
“Excellent service as I had to drop mom off for her appointment Friday and look for parking!Only problem here was reaching live people here to get directions and parking info just couldn’t get it so we were frustratingly on our own! So after half hour I was able to find parking on the street?????❤️✌️and we needed every bit of the two hour maximum parking meter rules! We drove in because of CoVid and my mom hasn’t had her CoVid vaccine shot yet so taking BART was definitely a no!( The staff of Dr and intern Veronica were super nice as I watched them take care of my moms’eyes:)I recommend this place to anyone having devastating sight issues like mom being legally blind due to immaculate degeneration and two messed up cornea transplants, which she never got compensated for.”

“Convenient location with efficient, kind staff.
No appointments taken, just walk-ins. I recommend coming super early or between 3 and 5pm.
I’ve had to have a lot of bloodwork done after suffering through sepsis and hospitalization when I had a lot of needles missing my veins and subsequently scarring all over my arms, wrists, and hands.
So, I am qualified in stating that the phlebotomists here are amazing and make the experience super quick!”

“I’ve only had positive experiences here. Today, I walked in at 11:40am for an urgent blood test since there were no appointments available for at least 2 weeks. The phlebotomist did my blood draw at noon, cutting a bit into her lunch break. I’m grateful for the fast, friendly service especially without an appointment.”
“California Pacific Medical Center has always had high standards and they have not disappointed me. The lab was efficient considering it was busy. The staff was courteous, considering there was a couple of borderline rude patients.”

“So I actually had a pleasant experience. Steve M. was terrific. Professional yet personable, quick and efficient. Everything was straight forward. However I can totally understand the poor reviews. There was one employee that had such a thick accent that the patient he was working had to keep asking him to repeat himself. He also did not seem to be able to understand or explain the situation in a way that would deescalate the situation. Had I interacted with him this would be a 1 star review. But kudos to Steve. He was awesome.”
“had a lovely experience here this morning. I was extremely stressed due to the fact I had to take a last minute covid-19 PCR test for my flight tonight, and the staff here was amazing. They were nothing but friendly and helped me quickly and made sure that I had everything I needed to ensure I would be able to fly safely and make my trip tonight. Both the man in charge and the kind woman who did my swab were great and I would definitely come back for any testing needs.”

“Quick and easy blood test today. Don't come to this LabCorp testing facility address unless you have an appointment.
No walk-ins are accepted here at this location. Technician did a wonderful job. Minimal pain. No extra stabbing needed. Nice personality.
Front desk person was also pleasant and nice to deal with.
Easy to find location.
Parking might be of a bit of a challenge depending on the time of day.”
“Recently went to AHF for a general check up and my first experience with the AHF team was great! Their staff is knowledgeable, caring and responsive... they went above and beyond by getting me scheduled quickly. I was a bit unsure about going because I'm not Poz and there are some bad reviews for related locations. Neither concern amounted to anything... the reviews are from individuals who have a political bone to pick with AHF - but (sounds like) never received care from the team... do yourself a favor and ignore them. While they specialize in working with folks who are Poz (HIV+) or seeking preventative care, they'll accept non-Poz patients too. My understanding is they'll see patients without regard to ability to pay and while waiting I heard the staff working with patients to make sure they have access to every available resource that might help them. Bummed that the office is only open Weds and Fridays, but the friendly team more than makes up for any stars I'm inclined to knock off for that. Bottom line - the AHF team is a great community resource - they deserve some Yelp love!”
“Dr Lorne is a star. He's patient, kind, insightful, and has helped guide me in getting the best care for previous injuries and my overall well-being. It's because of him I continue to go to Sutter health even after the move. He's also funny, which is an added bonus. Have recom him to family and friends.”
