I ordered 2 metal signs online and used their partner company Canva to design the signs and when they came in they we’re plastic and they costs over $100 - the manager of the store would not work with me in anyway to recognize my order and the fact in black and white that the order says METAL and I spent 30minutes on the phone with customer service to replace the issue and the manager still refuses to recognize that there is a problem with what there order shows and what was actually ordered and paid for. METAL SIGNS.
Why can’t they put the customer first and acknowledge the system is broken. I have all the receipts and I showed them and they still don’t believe me. Bye Bye

I had a QR code for my package and it says no label or box required. After she scanned it she said I needed a box. She then went to look for a box and then tell me to put the package in myself. Then she gave me my receipt. At UPS when I drop off packages with no label or boxes I just give it to them and they give me my receipt and I'm on my way.

Printed some documents a few days ago and the color was correct. FexEx was the only printing service I’ve seen that printed the color correctly. A few days later a chinese man was replacing all of the machines that can print correctly at the FedEx office. A female chinese clerk said all of the machines that print colors correctly will be replaced from all of the FedEx stores and put into warehouses so customers can’t use them anymore.
They replaced the original color of the correct blue with the wrong color of the blue from the trim line, and replaced all of the machines at the FedEx offices so they won’t print the correct colors anymore. The one with the correct colored blue and the wrong colored trim line was a proof sheet sent from UPrinting.com for stickers.
Now I have to find other printing services to print documents.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Service at drop-off was great--quick and professional. Even better was the personalized phone help when I called after having lost the receipt with the tracking number. The person who helped me was able to find the shipment receipt and email it to me, even staying on the phone to ensure I received the email. And the receipt had a live link to FedEx tracking. Thanks for being there when you were really needed!

This is my first time coming here to fax something. I’ve never faxed anything in my life. I came to the counter. The lady told me that I had to use the self pay thing that I didn’t know how to work, and I asked her for her assistance and she act like she couldn’t help me. I would not be coming here again again

I've been coming to this location just to drop off packages for about 5 years and the two employees I always deal with (a man and a woman both with black hair) are cold, if not downright rude. And it's always that way. It's enough to ruin my day. No thanks. I'll uber to another location instead.

The service was unprofessional and unnecessarily slow. Despite being the only customer, there to ship one item using a QR code and print two labels, the process took over 10 minutes. When I politely mentioned I was in a rush and asked how much longer it would take, the younger staff member gave me a dismissive look and mumbled an unclear response. While I understand this may not be a high-paying job, that does not excuse a lack of effort or professionalism. I believe this service can only improve if all customers start politely demanding better quality of service.

I recently visited FedEx to send a package internationally and had a wonderful experience. Sophia, the staff member who assisted me, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. She wasn't initially sure if FedEx shipped to the country I intended to send the package to, so she promptly contacted customer service to find out.
After confirming that the shipment could be made, Sophia took care of packing everything for me, making the process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor left a positive impression. I appreciate the excellent service provided by FedEx and would definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Maya was very helpful in introducing herself to me, and really tailoring her and her team's expertise to my needs/requests. Sophia went out of her way to make do with the labels (I didn't have enough labels so she printed on other paper and cut it down to label size). Tom took my order and was very open to learning on the job. It's clear that Maya is proud of her team and supportive in helping them excel at their customer service. Her tailored experience for me was something I had never experienced (to that extent) in other print stores.

I don't recommend it! It was necessary to print 100 sheets. They said that I could create an order, but I needed to buy a flash drive, otherwise there was allegedly no way to transfer the files to their computer. After purchasing the flash drive, they could not provide the service; the money for the flash drive was not returned. I spent two days on, visited three fedex offices and could not print what I needed, but I spent $10 on a flash card that I did not need and $8 supposedly for help with a file that in the end they could not print. In fact, they smiled at me and stole my money and time. Avoid!!! After that, I went to the Chinese in Chinatown and did what I needed in 20 minutes.
The office visit was approximately 3 p.m., 03.20.2024.
