Came in here to send a package, never used fedex before. The lady behind the counter was professional. I needed to ship an old laptop to Apple for a trade-in. But Apple's system was down. Staff at this fedex (Ellie? Elly?) took my info and gave me updates by phone and later confirmation when the system was back online and made sure I got my receipts.
