Jenny’s attention to detail was superb as she ensured not only the mattresses fit our sleep hygiene needs but pillows, bases and even bed frames did as well. Jenny is very knowledgable on each product and turned mundane mattress buying into an experience that was very pleasant. We purchased the Saatva RX (which remained at the top of our list after trying all the different mattresses) from Jenny that day. We can’t wait to try it out!”
“Inga was a great help in selecting fixtures for an entire home while we were preparing it for sale last year. She made what could have been an overwhelming task so much easier, with her expert suggestions. I know from experience there is a lot that can go wrong with selecting light fixtures... from not enough light, to wrong scale, and more. Inga kept us from making costly mistakes, and the project turned out great. The customer service was excellent, and there's nothing like being able to see the actual fixtures in person at the store before you order them. Inga helped us pick out at least 12 sets of lights, and we didn't have to return or change any of them. When a glass shade was broken for one of the fixtures, she got us a replacement quickly. I highly recommend using Inga's design services. For a larger project like ours, she might visit your site in person. Otherwise, you will need to send her photos.”
“We’ve been hoping to purchase a sofa from Dom and the team at the Sofa Company for over a year and had recommended our friends to them prior who also had a very positive experience. We are thoroughly pleased with our final product (sectional with storage ottoman that converts to a queen size bed for guests). The customization options were endless at NO EXTRA COST! The pricing was ridiculously affordable and the turn around time was incredibly fast. If you’re finally ready to step up your sofa game and break up with IKEA, you have to go to the Sofa Company!”

“Moved into a new home and needed to start from scratch. Joey helped us out over multiple visits and was both professional and friendly. He is in tune with latest trends and tastes so he can definitely guide you if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. He was patient and thorough in showing options that fit to your needs such as your room size, tv size, viewing distance, household size, etc. He does push you to put a deposit down but I understand that’s the nature of his job in sales.
I bought multiple big items: sofa, tv stand, dining table & chairs, and a dresser. They aren’t the highest quality items but for the price, I am satisfied with them. Beats out a lot of direct to consumer brands in terms of value. Not the most stylish but functional and comfortable.
The delivery was a great experience as well. The crew was careful with both the furniture and my home/ hardwood floors. They took off their shoes without asking and used a thick blanket of sorts for protection.”

“Bay area folks! If you need a mattress then consider Aladdin Rugs in the Outer Richmond! I just bought a Queen size Sealy for a great price! They were very accommodating. Serveral mattress were laid out for me to test based on my preferences before purchase. On top of that they assured me that I have time to exchange if I need something more firm or soft. They were so nice they even put it on the roof of their car and drove it 4 blocks to my apartment ? Not all heroes wear capes. Some sell mattresses!”
“John is a very friendly and knowledgeable store manager. I visited the store twice to ask all the questions I had and try out various different chairs. I was there for a long time and he was attentive for the entire time I was there. I bought a chair but ended up returning it within a few hours for my own reasons. John must have not been thrilled to hear this but he handled it well and was still very friendly. Would recommend anyone considering an ergonomic chair.”

“I had a great experience purchasing a new sofa from Shirley. I was looking at the usual brands (West Elm, Room & Board, CB2, etc) but then I went to see one of the Furniture Envy sofas in-person. That changed everything, the quality and workmanship were in a different league and it was clear the moment I sat on it. I've gone through 4 different sofas previously that have simply worn out before they should have. I'd much rather spend a bit more now for a sofa to last a lifetime and this one looks like it will.”
