Service was ok but I was really annoyed that they didn't have a bag big enough to fit my PS5 in. I take public transportation so riding MUNI and walking through the TL’s with a PS5 was not an option! I Ubered back home. Spending $700 and charging you a $1 for a bag should be a crime!
