He was very professional in answering my many questions and helping me test the options. I was very impressed! Zachary also identified the perfect floor vacuum attachment for my Dyson V7 so that my hair doesn't get tangled in the rotor. The floor attachment always seemed to be unavailable on the Dyson website when I've tried to order but it was amazingly easy to get at the store. It's been life changing!”

“Decided to check this place out on a whim, since I'd never been able to find a place to audition nice headphones before - best audio-related decision I've made in a long time. The staff were super friendly and eager to let me try on a bunch of different headphones (Focals, Sennheisers, etc.), and offered suggestions and insights based on my preferences. We also ended up having a pleasant conversation about headphones versus speakers, and I got the chance to stay past closing just to experience an absolutely awesome speaker setup with some tracks picked to match my preferences while showing me just how good audio can get. I seriously walked away from this place elated and with a newfound perspective on consumer audio, and I'm really glad places like this exist, being run by people like the awesome staff here. “Wanted to leave positive feedback for Rick. Over the years he's built me multiple desktop systems and they exceeded my expectations each and every time. His knowledge, turn around time, and even the price for hour labor here is awesome. Even the due diligence to cable management and maximizing all USB ports is there! This may sound hyperbolic, but what you get vs what you pay for is awesome... maybe the most reasonable in the entire city of San Francisco in terms of hourly rate & value. My absolute favorite thing about him is that there's no agenda to sell you overpriced elements to a build that other little in terms of a mechanical return. No upsell on liquid cooling, or even an attempt to layer more sticks of RAM into your tower. If you ask him a straight question, he will give you an honest answer. IMHO, this is exceedingly rare with service professionals who seem to relish adding unnecessary expensive parts onto all projects. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful and I found what I was looking for. After trying the new mouse for a few hours I discovered the shape was not ideal and it made my hand cramp up. “I had been contemplating upgrading my two channel analog system for quite some time and started with a new turntable and cartridge. I zeroed in on two different turntables and cartridges and started an online dialog with Antonio at Audio Vision. He gave me a lot of insight into the pros and cons of each along with info as to how each would comply with my existing preamp and gave me a road map of further upgrades I might want to consider down the road. I decided on a system and found an online seller that would give me a better price on the cartridge. Antonio discounted the cartridge so that I would get the same pricing along with having local support for the entire package. Audio Vision has a great selection of both mid and high end gear, the staff is very helpful and friendly and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is so much better to deal with people face to face and establish a true rapport than to go through a faceless online dealer. Support your local small business!”
