Good service with quick, friendly and patient staff. The personnel are thoughtful, professional and responsive. Watches sized, link taken out, batteries replaced and watches serviced without issue. The guys took care of a 30 year old Rolex Datejust, a 1965 omega seamaster and a Tudor bracelet, taking care of stripped screw heads and corroded mechanisms. Service was fantastic, excellent and a good value. People recommend the gem of a person and the staff for good service.

I have a very cheap but sentimental watch that needed repair, and they were very honest about the repairability. I just picked it up and the work is great! They were also very nice about the watch quality; at no point did they make it weird that I was asking to fix a $10 watch.
