They listen to what the owner wants, providing wonderful standard grooms that are fabulous, as well as more creative themed cuts. Dogs, including puppies and seniors, come home with great haircuts, looking clean, smelling great, and very cute. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are skilled at handling dogs with previous negative experiences or specific worries, offering play and breaks to ensure a good experience. Dogs often do not want to leave at the end of their visit. The business is considered top-notch, with many clients highly recommending it and planning to return. The pricing for a full service groom is comparable to other groomers in the area.
We love this place, more importantly our pup loves going there to get a bath and/or haircut. Cindy does a great job, she's so accommodating and friendly and our pup LOVES her and she always comes home with a great doodle haircut.

They do an excellent job on my 13 year old shih-tzu mix. It's on the pricier ($95 I think for a full service groom?) but as far I can tell it's comparable with other groomers in SF so that's to be expected. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I've been going here for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. Easy to get appointments, quick bath times, and they do a great job. My dog loves going here and gets excited when we go in.
