Hotel Griffon offers a great value and phenomenal location near the Embarcadero and ferry building, with gorgeous views of the bridge and bay. The hotel is not a new building but has been tastefully updated. Rooms are clean and comfortable with soft beds and standard amenities, though some can be small with interior window views. The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, super helpful, and accommodating, providing amazing service. Guests enjoy coffee and pastries for breakfast. The adjacent Perry's offers fun drinks and good food, with other spectacular dining options down the block. While the hotel lacks parking, nearby options are available. It is consistently recommended as a great hotel and a can't-miss stay.
Great hotel, comfortable beds, clean! Their front desk is super accommodating. I left medication there and they were kind enough to help me uber courier it to me at the airport so I didn’t miss my flight. Really amazing service at a great price point

Great location, super helpful staff. Perry's adjacent - fun bar and good food. Boulevard down the block is spectacular. Can't miss with a stay here. And, oh yes, coffee & pastries for breakfast!

For the money, one of my absolute best hotel stays! Gorgeous views of the bridge and bay, incredibly friendly and efficient staff, and a surprisingly nice room for the cost. I will stay here every time I’m in San Francisco!
