I was surprised to see so many negative comments because our experience using this company was anything but terrible. We were so happy with how quick, inexpensive, and thorough the process was. We did bill through insurance but Invitae made it so easy for us. We just wish there were more genetic counselors on staff.

i see so many bad reviews but i had my diagnostic results back in 7 days and everytime i spoke to customer service they were extremely helpful. 5/5 stars for me

We are having a baby and they did a great job with the testing turnaround time and told us the gender in a lovely video.
