Whoever manages redwood gardens senior Apts in Berkeley need to check their staff office managers. They don't know what they are doing. The can't process the applications correctly. Tenants are saying they are incompetent.

Poor Leadership,no communication,owners too cheap to have repairs done,no resources for residents.Corporate office biased,their agenda only matters.Not compliant with HUD policies.
