I've been here 30 years. Mostly it's been good. I've had some problems. Lately I've been getting no response to my email from the front office but the building manager is good. He's sincere and tries to take care of things.

I see bad reviews but my experience with this company was great. I guess it depends on who you are dealing with. The property manager Q and Louisa were so professional. I didn't have any issue on signing the lease, maintenance requests, and moving out.
