Truly delightful experience, at least as delightful as a blood draw can be. Only one person working but she was delightful, warm and efficient. Recommend the early morning when presumably it’s less crowded.

Excellent service, I got there 15 min before my appointment and I was so fast. Congratulations to the young lady from the front desk, she was also my phlebotomist ??????

I had an appointment and there was minimal wait. There were plenty of appointments available for the next 7 days when I booked online. The medical staff member on duty was professional, efficient, friendly and most importantly very skilled. It was one of the easiest blood draws I’ve had. Minimal pain and she got my vein in one poke. I had no bruising the next day either. Hopefully I can have her draw my blood next time I visit this location

IDK the name of the woman who sits at the front (morning of 8/22) but she deserves a bonus! This location is understaffed so she is managing it all by herself on most days; checking in patients, making sure accurate documents/papers are on file for patients, guiding them through the process if they aren’t sure what they need in order to proceed, and doing the blood work as well. She is a multitasking queen who graciously handles all patent interactions. Too kind of a hardworking woman who doesn’t deserve to be left a positive review!

The signage photos on Google maps was out of date so i uploaded the latest. Small office and a little slow at times, but nice and friendly staff across the board.

Came for sample drop off, they were closed at 8:10 despite hours online and the door saying they open at 7. Now my sample is wasted. People rely on your services for their health. Do better

Trina, the only person who works here, is great! She does the best she can with limited/malfunctioning equipment. Blood is drawn quickly and efficiently. I've been multiple times and plan to keep using this location.

They're doing their best here, considering the short staff. Please do Labcorp a favor & don't just show up! Make an appointment online ahead of time as they do get booked. Staff was pleasant.

The person working here was so great! She was very professional, patient, and was able to successfully draw my blood efficiently (I’ve ran into a lot of situations where they can’t find my vein and I am poked a lot). I was impressed with the lab technician here. She made sure that I had everything taken care of and was very helpful!I could tell though that the lab seemed understaffed and she was just 1 person managing a full day of appointments; there was a lot to do! Would encourage LabCorp to hire more staff per location.

Currently this location is open by appointment only, no walk-in. There's only one person, who is the front desk staff for check-in but also the technician. Although the staff member is trying to do their best, the wait seems forever. Staff likely overworked and underpaid. QR code provided during online appointment reservation will not be utilized, instead you'll be doing paperwork during the visit. In the waiting area, there's a tv screen which airs labcorp procedure and policies they have to ensure safety. There's not a single process, such as sanitizing the area after use, is followed in reality. The labcorp commercial blurb seems like a satire!
