Koey, told me to bring them. I dropped them off at 12:30pm and by 5:30 PM were ready. I was very pleased with her service and the price was very reasonable. Also, I’m bias after knowing that in Buffalo there are lower prices.

I’m very particular about how my pants fall and he gets them to the perfect length regardless of the material. Cash preferred but they also accept card. Great friendly service and location is off the 22 and 38 stops.”
“OK, so here’s why I love the Laundry Hub. My mom is 88 years old and physically handicapped. Doing laundry herself has become nearly impossible. The convenience and the wonderful service the Laundry Hub (and Brian) offer has been a godsend because it continues to allow her to live independently while still taking care of herself. Everyone, from the owner to deliveries, is extremely helpful and polite.

“I highly recommend getting your alterations done here if you're local! This place is run by the two sweetest couple. They were both so nice and helpful when I was trying to get a few pairs of jeans hemmed. One of the jeans that I brought in had some metal buttons in spots that had to be hemmed so she recommended me to not get them hemmed because it would ruin the look of the jeans. I really appreciated that! Will definitely come back again in the future to get anything hemmed.”

“Best laundromat I've ever gone to. Yesterday, I dropped a massive sack of laundry at their front office before it was open. I had to run off to an appointment and planned to call and tell them that I wanted their wash and fold service... Fast forward, I forgot to call them and it was nearing the end of the day, so I walked over to apologize for leaving a massive sack and no instructions.
Turns out, they had watched back the store's video recording, seen it was me, gone ahead and done the wash and fold, and were finishing it up right then for me. Then to top it all off, they insisted that the load was too large for me to walk home myself (I am pregnant and in my 3rd trimester) and one of the owners walked the massive sack back to my house on a cart with me up a hill.
Exemplary service! Once my renovation is done, part of my doesn't even want to use our new washer and dryer we are putting in because I love the ease and customer service of this laundromat so much.”

On stubborn stains, she'll even ask for me to leave the garment for longer so she can try more stain removal methods. I appreciate her attention to detail and professional knowledge and diligence. “This is my first time using a wash and fold service and I'm very happy with my results so far. $2.25/lb with a min of 10 lbs. If you bring it before 12 pm, they'll have it ready for you same day (usually by 3pm). I've done the wash and fold service a couple times, and I love how they fold and pack the clothes. I've also had some dry cleaning done and they did a great job doing that as well. The service is always top notch and they're so friendly. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family!”
