Also she does alteration and does very good job. She has helped me salvage a lot garments and accessories with her alteration skills. “The owner's name is Genny (yes, with a "G"). She exudes poise and friendliness as soon as you walk through the door. She greets with a smile and tries to take care of her customers quickly.I have used Martini Cleaners several times now. The first time was for cleaning delicate party clothes (with sequins and custom-jewelry buttons), a man's suit, sweater, and a pair of pants with lining. I was pleased with how the clothes turned out - clean and ironed properly, especially with the pants! The dry-cleaning is done off-premise by other family members, so expect the clothes to be treated with the personal attention that is inherent to a family-run business.The second time I used Martini cleaners, I asked for Genny's help to shorten two pairs of bootlegged pants. I was delighted to see the transformation - they had the perfect length and seemed professionally tailored. In my most recent visit, Genny didn't even charge me for replacing a cracked button. Martini not only provides good value (as echoed in other reviews) but also delivers high quality cleaning and alteration services.Don't be surprised if your clothes turn out looking almost like new.”

Almost all were working OK (only one was out of order).Next to the Mason cable car at Filbert Street.Not busy on a weekday morning and has a staff member there to keep an eye on things and handle wash-and-fold collections/orders.”

“This is my first time using a wash and fold service and I'm very happy with my results so far. $2.25/lb with a min of 10 lbs. If you bring it before 12 pm, they'll have it ready for you same day (usually by 3pm). I've done the wash and fold service a couple times, and I love how they fold and pack the clothes. I've also had some dry cleaning done and they did a great job doing that as well. The service is always top notch and they're so friendly. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family!”

I found this place through the eco-friendly dry cleaners that Reformation recommended on their website. Everything was very straightforward and Sammy was thorough. And even though I lost my ticket (), he was able to find the dress because it was logged on their system. Everything was great: wonderful cleaning, timely work, and friendly service.”

“Rainbow cleaners has been my dry cleaner for10 years and have never made a mistake, it is perfect every time. I've brought a variety of challenges to Sabrina and she has always been super diligent. On stubborn stains, she'll even ask for me to leave the garment for longer so she can try more stain removal methods. I appreciate her attention to detail and professional knowledge and diligence. “I tried new shining cleaners. Brought my clothes in on Monday they were available the following Monday. I had the following items dry cleaned: 4 sweaters, 2 pairs of pants, 1 dress, and 1 baseball cap. The total was $66.50. They did a great job cleaning my clothes and hat. The dress was $13.50, the price list say $12+, so definitely ask about dress pricing. Overall very satisfied! I look forward to trying their alterations! I give 4.5/5 stars!”

“Machines need to b updated. It's always difficult to get the card to read the first few times and many of the dryers r out of order. Soap vending machine is not stocked on many occasions. Prices r reasonable. I don't care for the card loading but it's close to my home so I go when I'm pressed for time. It's always very clean and attendant is very nice. He likes to close by or before 10pm so b aware.”

“I've been coming here for years (since 2014!) and this place is the best. I've moved a bit further away now but I still will drive my dry cleaning over. The owners are so nice, reasonable prices, and they do an excellent job. Great for silk clothing, and they also do alterations. Highly recommend.”

We did the fold and dry service and the staff person assisting us was so friendly and kind! She really did an amazing job. “I couldn't wait to get home and leave this well deserved review. The woman there, I'm guessing Amy from what I've read on these other reviews, is truly amazing. I went in on Saturday and needed a large and thick table cloth for a work conference rush cleaned (slight price increase but nothing major at all). When I dropped it off, I mentioned in just very quick conversation that I needed to ship it cross country by Tuesday of the following week. I swear we talked for maybe less than a minute total. Amy told me not to worry, she'll take care of it. It was ready when she said it would be and not only that, but when I picked it up, she had folded it perfectly and wrapped it in some thick paper in the exact shape needed to perfectly slide it into a medium sized priority shipping box at the post office. I mean, it was literally perfect. She took this small detail I gave her and went above and beyond, on top of being so accommodating to me. And all of this was with the absolute best customer service. I will be a customer for as long as I'm around here and will highly recommend this place to anyone. While I see that there might be some negative reviews, I always take these as one time human mistakes which we all make and it wouldn't persuade me not to use their services. Just exceptional.”
“I don't really write reviews but, this laundry mat saved my life. One of the machines broke on me which me going back to get quarters and such would have made me late on a critical day for work. The gorgeous lady Kira saved the day. She not only got me a new machine that had a bulk order already in it but made sure I didn't have to re pay for the drying. She even offered to take it out for me(I didn't think it necessary) thank you so much my laundry mat hero Kira.”
